Placing Your First Order

If you are not a Bondlink online customer already you will need to create an account with us first.

If you have a Bondlink trade card that entitles you to discount in store you can use this online also. When you create an account please enter your Bondlink trade card number and we will send you a personal identification number that you can use every time you log in, this will take up to 24 hours due to administration.

If you are already a customer just login to the shopping pages using your email address and your Password when prompted. These details are sent to you via email when your account is activated.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item, click the “Add to basket ” button on the right hand side of the products pages. Use the browser’s “back” button to return to the previous page or the “Continue shopping” button to return to the last page you viewed. Keep browsing until your shopping basket contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the “View Basket” link at the top right of the right hand column of every page.

Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you’ve placed in your Shopping Basket. If you decide that you don’t want to purchase a particular item, click the “remove” tick box next to the product description and then click the “recalculate” button. The item will then be removed from the Shopping Basket and the total amended to take account of the new contents. When you’re ready to place an order for everything in the “Shopping Basket”, click the “Proceed to checkout” button. You will be taken to the first page of the order form.

Review and Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the “Order now” button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We will send you another email message at the time of shipment.

Tracking Your Order

If you would like to review an order you placed or update your profile, once you have logged in, click the “My Account” button, at the top of the page.
